Do you know someone you think is a phenomenal asset to Truman’s on-campus community? Do they frequently go above and beyond what’s asked of them? Would you describe them as a passionate, motivated, and caring leader? Is this person planning to live on-campus again for the 2012-13 school year?

If you answered yes to any of the above, it sounds like you know the perfect person to join our organization. All you have to do is send an email to nrhh@truman.edu with

the name of the person being nominated and

a couple of sentences saying why you think they would be an asset to the Bess Truman Chapter.

It’s as easy as that. But hurry because nominations will close on Friday, March 16th.

A friendly reminder: members of NRHH represent the top 1% of on-campus leaders and our biggest function as an organization is recognizing people. Keep this in mind as you make your nominations. Thanks!

You can read all submitted OTMs by accessing the database and running an advanced search for OTMs submitted to Truman State University. (I find it helps to select Year/Month in Descending order to view the most recent OTMs.)

Hey everyone!

If you hadn’t heard, NRHH Bess Truman Chapter is planning a huge celebration for campus this April. We want this to be a party that everyone can relax and have fun at. We also want to take the time to recognize everyone on campus who has been nominated for and won OTMs this year. We have set a tentative date, so be on the lookout for more information.

While we believe this will be something fun for campus, we also need help getting the word out. We have decided to do this partly by helping other organizations. If your organization needs some assistance with advertising, staffing an event, spreading WOM (word of mouth), planning/organizing a program, fundraising, etc, let us know! We want to help you! You may think this sounds like it’s too good to be true. But honestly, we want to support your organization and its efforts, and we hope, in doing so, you and your members feel empowered to support us as well. Beyond that, even, one of our four pillars focuses on service and if we can’t even serve our campus community, we aren’t supporting that pillar very well.

So contact us at nrhh@truman.edu with what you need, and we’ll get back to you!
